We are seeking a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our fast-growing development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing and developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, and NodeJS. You will play a key role in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, Node.js). - Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, functional front-end components using ReactJS. - Build backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrate third-party services using NodeJS and Express. - Manage and query MongoDB databases, including schema design and data modeling. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers. - Collaborate with design, QA, and project teams in an Agile environment. - Write clean, reusable, and testable code following industry standards. - Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and continuously improve development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 25 years of experience in MERN stack development. - Proficiency in ReactJS (with Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, etc.). - Strong backend development skills using NodeJS and Express.js. - Hands-on experience with MongoDB (Mongoose, schema definition, data manipulation). - Solid understanding of JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS3. - Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and API integration. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Nice-to-Have Skills : - Experience with authentication (JWT, OAuth). - Exposure to Docker, deployment tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., Heroku, Vercel, AWS). - Basic testing knowledge (Jest, Mocha). - Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
