Product Manager : As a Draup Product Manager, you'll play a vital role in product success, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvement. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet customer needs. You'll provide day-to-day product management support, plan a 6 to 18-month roadmap, and ensure clear requirements for successful feature deployment. What you will do : - Develop and execute a customer-centric product strategy aligned with Draup's goals and market trends - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights for informed product decisions - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, customer success, and engineering, to translate user needs into clear product priorities, detailed specifications, and roadmap plans - Ensure the successful delivery of product features by working closely with engineering teams, defining specifications, and managing development sprints - Advocate for a user-centric product design approach, ensuring an exceptional user experience in all aspects of the product - Manage testing and quality assurance processes to maintain high product standards for reliability and quality - Lead product launches by developing effective marketing and sales enablement materials and prioritize feature backlogs to deliver maximum value to Draup customers while actively gathering and incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement. Who you are : - 2+ years experience in a product role or equivalent - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, engineering, or computer science); MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus - You have previous Product Management experience and a proven track record with a successful launch of new web products/solutions or major refactoring of an existing web product. You also need to demonstrate the ability to move metrics and reach your goals. - You understand agile product management methodologies, experience in user story writing, roadmap planning, and development - Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment - You place customers first. You make no compromise on this. - You are data-driven - You have great written and verbal communication skills - Bonus : Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, React Our expectations : - Self-motivated, self-starter, self-directed, and flexible. Able to meet aggressive deadlines from time-to-time - Take end-to-end ownership of new features development on Draup's platform - Work closely with designers, engineering, data science team, and leadership in a highly collaborative environment to facilitate, lead, challenge, and build consensus on solutions - Able to prioritize, multitask and manage time efficiently

Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy (2-4 yrs)

The candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our users. By working cross-functionally, he should be able to understand the needs from product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and build solutions around it. Role & Responsibilities : - Designing new products, interfaces, and user experiences across multiple platforms. - Collaborate with teams of engineers and product managers throughout the design process - from content to production - create user flows, wireframes & user-interface mockups and prototypes. - Simplify complex user interactions, highlight product's brand and unique personality. - Integrate and manage Shadowfax's brand through a detailed visual design language. What to Bring : - 2+ years of experience in building consumer-facing user-experiences - A well crafted design portfolio - Proven solid, up-to-date understanding of best practices, developments and trends in mobile & web. - Fundamental understanding of technology and engineering - You must be able to articulate UX design rationale and enjoy leading conversations with the team and key stakeholders. - A collaborative mindset with an inclination towards first principles thinkin - Detail orientation, execution excellence, and entrepreneurial spirit. - Must know how to use tools such as Figma, adobe XD, illustrator etc - Good to know: After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro Design Exercise - Enhance the onboarding experience in the current Shadowfax Partner app Objective : - To improve and redesign the existing onboarding experience for our delivery partners, the enhancement should focus on providing detailed information while motivating riders to complete our onboarding phase. Some Notable Consideration : - Consider the target audience to have two primary user sets, one with no prior delivery experience and one who has some delivery experience. - Our riders are moderately tech savvy, they are fluent with applications such as whatsapp & Facebook. - The primary motivation of our partners is to earn and make a living. What we are looking for : - A low-fidelity overview of the feature. Sketches, wireframes, site maps, and concept models are all acceptable in describing your solution - A high-fidelity Visual Design for one entire flow. Note : Regardless of the methods you use it is important to describe your recommendation clearly and concisely to help us understand your work as we view it remotely. Later, we may also ask you to present or discuss this work as part of an in-person interview. Please confirm when you can submit this exercise to us.
