What you'll do : We are looking for a highly motivated user experience designer to work on a variety of software product design concepts for our Industry solutions. In this role you will : - Define end-end user experiences with strong understanding of personas, journey maps and interaction flows, ensuring consistent compliance with design standards. - Conduct or collaborate in research, usability testing, and validation to guide design choices and inform product backlog - Adopt product standards that ensure consistent scalable experiences. - Engage proactively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and user assistance teams to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment. - Engage in user experience testing of developed applications for continuous improvements in user experience. - Transform complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups. - Utilize data-driven insights to iteratively refine and elevate user experiences. - Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design practices. - Collaborate effectively within agile environments, ensuring design consistency and quality across all projects. - Able to work independently as well as with other designers, and act like a mentor to junior designers - Advocate for user-centric design methodologies to cross functional stakeholders, fostering empathy for the needs and expectations of end users. What you bring : - 7 -10 years of experience in UX design, preferably in an enterprise software context. - Proven track record of delivering compelling and user-centered design solutions. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices. - Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate design concepts and rationale, self-motivated, creative and yet pragmatic. - Demonstrates maturity & emotional intelligence in global stakeholder handling. - Experience with user research methods and usability testing. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
