Required Skills : - 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with a strong focus on UK Payroll configuration and statutory processes. - Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Time Off, or EC Payroll. - In-depth knowledge of UK payroll compliance, HMRC processes, RTI, and end-of-year reporting. - Strong understanding of time evaluation, infotype configuration, and payroll integration points. - Ability to work independently and resolve payroll issues under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Nice to Have : - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Control Center or Time Off configuration. - Familiarity with FIORI payroll apps, ESS/MSS, and HR Reporting tools. - SAP Certification in HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors modules. - Exposure to global payroll environments and multi-country rollouts.
