Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with expertise in MS SQL Server and MySQL to manage, optimize, and maintain our database systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, performance tuning, and data archival techniques, ensuring data integrity, availability, and security across the organization. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain data archival strategies, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. - Ability to create high-performance SQL Jobs and able to tune effectively to minimize production impacts of data archival activities. - Manage and resolve database-related incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis. - Collaborate with developers and other teams to support database requirements for application development and integration. Qualifications and Skills : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of experience in database administration, specifically with MS SQL Server and MySQL. - Proven expertise in data archival techniques, including policy creation, automation, and data lifecycle management. - Experience with database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization. - Proficiency in writing and debugging SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions. - Experience with database monitoring tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio, MySQL Workbench, or third-party tools). - Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions and services is a plus (e.g., AWS RDS). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. - Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with ETL processes and data migration. - Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for database automation. - Certification in MS SQL Server or MySQL administration is a plus.

Role Overview We're looking for a seasoned SDE 3 - ML & AI engineer with deep experience in SaaS product environments. You'll be driving the design and implementation of scalable, intelligent systems using ML/AI and Generative AI, powering key features in our cloud-based platform. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and build scalable ML/AI systems that integrate seamlessly into a SaaS product ecosystem. - Develop and fine-tune Gen AI-powered tools including chatbots, assistants, content generation, and process automation. - Create robust data pipelines and model deployment workflows tailored for multi-tenant SaaS architecture. - Collaborate with product managers and UX teams to deliver AI features with measurable business value for SaaS customers. - Optimize model inference time, latency, and cost-efficiency across cloud-native environments. - Drive experimentation and A/B testing for ML-powered features in live SaaS platforms. - Mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent. - 9+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years in ML/AI/Gen AI roles. - Proven experience building AI/ML features for SaaS products - familiarity with cloud scalability, user personalization, and usage analytics. - Hands on experience on creating RAG framework and vector DB - Strong command over Python and ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers). - Experience deploying LLM-based applications using APIs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, Cohere, etc.). - Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, vector search, and real-time inference at scale. - Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, MLflow, Airflow). - Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring, and observability in a SaaS delivery lifecycle. Bonus Points For : - Working knowledge of ML/AI pipelines - Contributions to open-source AI or SaaS tools. - Experience with compliance and security best practices in AI for SaaS (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR). - Past experience in high-growth startups or developer-centric platforms.
