Job Title : Project Manager Job Location : Mumbai (Ghansoli) Job Description : Role Overview : The Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of IT support functions, including End-User Support, Data Center Support, and Network Support. They lead a team of 8-10 engineers, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders to deliver IT services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Skills : - The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of IT support functions, including End-User Support, Data Center Support, and Network Support. - Lead a team of 8-10 engineers, ensuring high service quality, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement. - Close coordination with stakeholders, managing the delivery of IT services, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Team Management & Leadership - Service Delivery & SLA Management - Project Planning & Execution - Incident & Problem Management - Continuous Improvement & Reporting - Compliance & Documentation - In-depth understanding of End-User Support, Data Center Support, and Network Support services. - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking equipment, virtualization, and storage. - Analytical skills to assess issues and provide clear, actionable solutions. - Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and senior management. - Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. - Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks across multiple teams and projects. - Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and providing detailed metrics and reporting - Be a point of escalation on technically complex issues, mentor other Support Engineers and provide them with detailed action plans. - Follow-up effective and timely resolution on issues and report Incident Matrix to Managers. - Experience in handling corporate customers - ITIL V3 Certified Required Qualification : - Graduate in any Stream : Tech/B./MCA will be preferred Experience Required : - Hands on experience overseeing IT support functions, including End-User Support, Data Center Support, and Network Support. - Proven experience in leading a team of 8-10 engineers, ensuring high service quality and adherence to SLAs. - Experience in managing IT service delivery, project planning, and execution. - Hands-on experience with incident and problem management, driving continuous improvement initiatives. - Experience in handling corporate customers and managing stakeholder relationships. - Demonstrated ability to make decisions under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively. - ITIL V3 certification is required. Key Responsibilities : - Consult with clients to understand their IT infrastructure needs and propose tailored managed services solutions. - Design and deliver operational transformation strategies for client IT infrastructure, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and innovation. - Drive business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and closing deals. - Manage the P&L for the Managed Services division, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in managed services to maintain a competitive edge. - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing managed services offerings. - Lead the delivery of high-quality managed services, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of client IT infrastructure solutions. - Ensure the effective utilization of resources and tools to optimize service delivery. - Proactively identify and address potential service delivery issues. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. - Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. - Recruit, train, and develop talent within the Technology Center of Excellence. - Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members. - Promote knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team. - Build a strong team culture that emphasizes client focus, technical expertise, and continuous learning. - Possess a deep understanding of the modern IT infrastructure landscape, including : 1. Data Center (Server, Storage) 2. Microsoft Stack and Linux Stack 3. Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, M365) 4. Network (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WiFi) 5. Security (Endpoint, Network, Cybersecurity) 6. Databases (various platforms) - Demonstrate proficiency in using managed services tools, including ITSM, ITOM, NOC, and AIOPS platforms. - Experience with SOC (Security Operations Center) is a strong advantage. Required Skills and Experience : - 12-15 years of relevant experience in building and managing IT infrastructure services for mid-to-large clients. - Proven track record of success in business development and P&L management. - Strong technical expertise in the areas mentioned above. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Master's degree preferred. - Relevant certifications (e.g, ITIL, AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plus
