Key Skills : TPRM,Vendor Engagement ,Risk Management,Stakeholder Collaboration. Job Locations : Pan India. Experience : 9-12 Years. Education Qualification : Any Graduation. Work Mode : Hybrid. Employment Type : Contract to Hire. Notice Period : Immediate 10 Days. Job Description : Vendor Engagement : - Contact vendors as per schedule and request completion of cybersecurity questionnaires. Assessment and Validation : - Review vendor responses and validate services/data shared against industry standards. Risk Reporting and Documentation : - Identify non-compliance/gaps and prepare a risk assessment report. - Upload evidence and reports to the designated document repository. Stakeholder Collaboration : - Share findings with SMEs and Business Vendor Managers for approvals/sign-offs. Risk Tracking and Mitigation : - Log identified risks and track mitigation efforts until closure. Inclusion of Information Security Clauses : - For new vendors : Include and negotiate standard information security clauses in agreements. Review of Existing Agreements : - Analyze existing agreements and amendments to identify missing or inadequate information security clauses. Amendment Preparation and Negotiation : - Prepare amendments to address missing security clauses and negotiate with vendors for inclusion. Exception Management : - If non-mandatory clauses are not accepted by vendors, document them as risks or exceptions in the assessment report.
