Job Summary : We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and visually appealing mobile applications for internal use and customer-facing platforms. This role offers the opportunity to influence the tech stack and mentor a team of developers in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities : - Write high-quality, reusable, modular, and scalable code using Flutter and Dart. - Develop and maintain pixel-perfect mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. - Collaborate across the full software development lifecycle-from concept and design to testing and deployment. - Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. - Actively participate in architectural decisions and propose innovative solutions. - Work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver top-notch user experiences. Essential Skills : - Proficiency in Flutter and Dart with hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. - Strong experience in developing and deploying iOS and Android applications. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies. - Ability to write unit tests and ensure code quality and scalability. - Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
