Requirement Splunk SME / Architect (C1) Expertise Splunk ITSI Enterprise / Cloud (Design & Development) Key responsibilities - Design, implement, and configuration of Splunk ITSI Enterprise / Cloud for the Client. - Present and demonstrate Splunk ITSI capabilities to the prospective clients - Designs and optimizes Splunk platform architecture for large-scale and distributed deployments - Establishes best practices and development standards, and ensures that the team adopts them - Maintains a close partnership with Splunk on feature requests, upgrade planning, and product roadmap alignment - Develops and customizes Splunk apps and dashboards and Builds advanced visualizations - Performs assessment of Monitoring estate and derive at recommendations with quantified business benefits Key Skills Design of Splunk platform with multiple data sources as Metrics, Windows sources, HEC, ,etc Migration / upgrade planning & execution for Splunk platform Should perform in-depth diagnostic of incidents on any specific application and identify the root cause of problems Should document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management, cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices, work independently on multiple assignments, proactively prioritizing focus and effort Should have good hands on knowledge of Deployment , Administration and Development of the Splunk Enterprise platform / Splunk App for ITSI Should have hands on : - IT service Intelligence - experience in SPLUNK for Server monitoring - Windows and Unix - Service Analyzer / KPI creation - Deep Dives, Adaptive thresholding / Event Correlation - Trouble shooting / Administration of Splunk ES & ITSI - Development of dashboards - Integration of Splunk with APM or other tools - Experience in integrating other tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Jenkins, AWS etc. with Splunk using 3rd party app - Proficient in writing SPL queries and experience in advanced level dashboarding, scheduled jobs, Data models, Lookups and other knowledge objects - Experience in performance optimization of existing dashboards, reports and alerts - Experience in MLTK, DB Connect Apps and experience in any one of the scripting tools (Python / Shell) - Knowledge on Premium App like ES, Phantom, UBA, Splunk Observability Good to have Skills : - Experience in scripting, Ansible / Puppet for Run book Automation - Fair understanding of AWS cloud and cloud services - Splunk certified Architect Professional for ITSI

L3 Splunk Subject Matter Expert (7-10 yrs)

Requirement : Dynatrace Administrator L2 (B2) Expertise : Dynatrace Administration & Development Key responsibilities : - Managed services Support / Administration of Dynatrace (DT) Platform (Prod / Dev / Staging Environments) - Perform Daily BAU tasks for managing the Dynatrace environment. - Data onboarding / Instrumentation of IT / Business Applications & Infrastructure Monitoring - Install and configure APM tools, including agent deployment, instrumentation, and integration with various application stacks. - Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of applications to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. - Develop custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and business stakeholders, to drive APM best practices and continuous improvement. - Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in APM tools, technologies, and methodologies. - Document SOPs covering Deployment / Development / BAU tasks. Key Skills : Good understanding and experience on: - Strong experience in implementing and managing Dynatrace solution. - Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynatrace to monitor various application stacks, including web, mobile, and cloud-based applications. - Solid understanding of application performance metrics, tracing, and profiling techniques. - Experience in configuring End user monitoring (Synthetic / Real user Monitoring) - Expertise in troubleshooting performance issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing performance optimization strategies. - Proficient in working with various DT monitoring agents, setting up instrumentation, and integrating APM tools with application frameworks and platforms. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex performance issues and recommend effective solutions. - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively. Good to have skills : - Dynatrace Professional / black belt certified. - Understanding of cloud-native architectures and the ability to monitor applications in cloud environments. - Familiarity with other APM Tools (APPD / New Relic, HP Stack,..) - Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation and extending APM tool functionality

L2 Dynatrace Administrator (4-7 yrs)

Main Responsibilities : - Collaborate closely with local and global Software Engineers to support application development in accordance with established processes. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins and Spinnaker to automate build, testing, and deployment workflows. - Manage and optimize containerization using Docker, and orchestrate deployments with AWS EKS. - Ensure infrastructure scalability, high availability, and cost-efficiency within AWS environments. - Build and configure new development tools and infrastructure as needed. - Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve production errors. - Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system stability. - Design and implement procedures for system troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance. - Identify opportunities to automate and enhance development and release processes. - Maintain robust security measures to protect systems against cybersecurity threats. - Participate in on-call rotation schedules to provide support for production systems when required.
