Required Skills : - Proven experience working with Generative AI models such as GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc. - Strong Python programming skills and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation). - Familiarity with AWS AI/ML stack including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, etc. - Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle, MLOps practices, and data pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. - Experience in AI use cases like intelligent chatbots, code generation, content generation, document automation, etc. - Contributions to open-source AI projects or research papers in the Gen AI space.
