Product Head (2-10 yrs)

Job Description : - Lead a 5 Member Web Development Team - Define, architect and execute projects - Translate business requirements and needs into web applications. - Design and deploy PHP/NodeJS applications. - Develop strategic, logical and physical designs. - Code, test and fix bugs. - Ensure products or projects are robust, scalable and extensible. - Convert visionary concepts into enterprise-wide systems. - Assist and support other software professionals in developing solutions for business issues. - Coordinate with senior developers in architectural designs and software development. - Ensure compliance of best practices and policies in software development.

Technical Architect - PHP/Node.js (2-10 yrs)

Job Description : Must Have : - Experience working with PHP framework Laravel - Managing APIs such as REST - Knowledge of Linux commands to setup web application - In depth knowledge of PHP and Laravel 5 and above/ Codeigniter PHP Framework - A solid understanding of application design using PHP Frameworks - Practical experience using the MVC architecture. - Experience in Memcache/Redis and Caching - Proficient in GIT - Must have experience in MongoDB and MySQL Good to Have : - Should have experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases - Proficiency in HTML and jQuery - Problem-solving skills and critical mindset - Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues - Document the development process, architecture, and standard components - Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines - Experience in AWS Server eg. EC2, S3, Cloudfront, Route 53 etc. - Experience in React Js is a plus Extra Skill Set : - Experience in API design, TDD, and best practices - Knowledge in Agile process and should have been part of agile teams - Knowledge in deployment using Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes and how containerized applications work is a plus - Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability - Actively participate in the overall application lifecycle - Collaborate with app developers - Build a high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future - Learn about new technologies and stay up to date with current best practices - Ensuring that integrations run smoothly - Scaling projects based on client feedback
