Test Engineer

Job Title : Embedded Software Engineer Location : Noida Sector 3 Experience Level : Senior (Minimum 10 years) Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/ Electronics. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for various microcontroller-based systems. - Work extensively with low-level communication protocols including I2C, SPI, CAN, UART for interfacing between embedded systems. - Develop firmware and software solutions for embedded applications, ensuring high reliability and performance. - Implement and test communication protocols to ensure smooth data exchange between hardware components. - Optimize embedded system performance and minimize memory usage, power consumption, and processing time. - Debug and troubleshoot embedded systems using industry-standard tools and techniques. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware engineers, system architects, and QA) to deliver product solutions. - Perform system integration and validation of software with embedded hardware systems. - Create and maintain detailed documentation for software design, development processes, and testing. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded software and hardware technologies. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/ Electronics. - Minimum 10 years of professional experience in embedded software development. - Expertise in working with microcontrollers, specifically with STM32 or similar platforms. - Proficiency in low-level communication protocols : I2C, SPI, CAN, UART. - Strong hands-on experience in embedded C programming, with a deep understanding of hardware/software integration. - In-depth knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal programming. - Strong debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and software debugging tools (e.g., GDB, JTAG). - Experience in optimizing software for low-power consumption and efficient memory usage. - Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN). - Ability to work on both new designs and maintenance of existing systems & strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
