Octro - Game Developer - C++/Cocos2D

Job Description :

- You would be part of a team working on the companies flagship mobile game.

- The game is in casual/casino genre, and is a card based game.

- Collaborate with designers, and product managers to estimate and plan projects in an Agile environment.

- Own the delivery timelines for your tasks.

- Deliver high quality code, meeting set timelines, while following good engineering practices such as proper design.

- Participate actively in code development, code reviews, bug/issue triage within the engineering team.

- Contribute to product architecture and solutions to deliver solutions that meet business goals.

- Deliver products that meet goals on high availability, scalability, performance, reliability, and operations.

Mandatory Skills Requirements :

- Total experience of 3-5 years in software engineering.

- Significant experience in Mobile or desktop applications, working on the UI side of things.

- Experience in delivering UI applications using C++.

- Significant general experience in C++ would also be acceptable.

Preferred Skills Requirements :

- Prior Experience in gaming would be great.

- Prior experience with Cocos 2D Game Engine.
