Job Title : Innovation Engineering Lead

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of engineers to drive innovation in product development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology solutions that address business needs.

- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize engineering processes and improve efficiency.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the industry to guide decision-making and innovation.

- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

- Act as a technical advisor, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on technology-related matters.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and experimentation.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in engineering management, with a focus on innovation and product development.

- Strong technical background with proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.

- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.

- Data engineering , AI/ML, Product management , SAAS experience preferred.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.

- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and pushing boundaries.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the technology or startup sector.

- Ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity effectively.

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
