Job Description :

- Strong experience in migrating workloads from Onprem (and other Cloud) to AWS on with migration toolset Experience with private, hybrid or public cloud technology.

- Can create cloud migration strategies, defining delivery architecture, creating the migration plans, designing the orchestration plans, and more. Assist in creating and executing of migration run books.

- Develop detailed migration plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Strong knowledge on AWS Well Architected framework Expertise on AWS cloud EC2, IAM, VPC, EKS, Security Groups, EBS, Cloud watch (New Relic/other monitoring), logging.

- Experience with writing custom/automation scripts with Python, Shell, PowerShell, Ruby, Go or Shell

- Strong knowledge on AWS Well Architected framework Expertise on AWS cloud EC2, IAM, VPC, EKS, Security Groups, EBS, Cloud watch (New Relic/Grafana/ other monitoring), logging.

- Hand-on knowledge Cloud Services, Landing Zone, Direct Connect, Network, Security & Components.

- Expertise in end-end Cloud migration including strategy development, assessment, solution design, architecture, and execution on AWS Perform Application Portfolio / Workload assessments to identify candidate applications and workloads for migration to the AWS Cloud

- Knowledge of IaaC Terraform and best practice Knowledge of implementing CICD platform using Jenkins or AWS native services.

- Knowledge of storage Platform Technologies (SAN/NAS) including Hardware & Software (EMC/NetApp/Sun/IBM/HP etc.).

- Replication of MS SQL and Open DB replications and migrations

- Working experience on EC2, Instance Types, Pricing, Memory etc.

- Implement and execute infrastructure migrations using AWS services, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.

- Develop post-migration documentation for reference and auditing purposes.

- Implement security best practices in AWS environments and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in infrastructure migration projects with a focus on AWS.

- Must have worked on at least 4 enterprise migration projects.

- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking are highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, and CloudFormation, Migration tools etc.

- Proficient in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Terraform, AWS CLI, Python).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
