About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated UI/UX Designer (Generalist) with a strong foundation in interaction design and visual design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centric digital experiences. You should be passionate about solving real-world user problems, improving usability, and translating business goals into elegant design solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Plan, design, and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. - Enhance and optimize existing UI designs by identifying usability issues and recommending improvements. - Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to refine user experience and interaction flows. - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and project objectives. - Translate technical and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. - Balance creativity with usability, while maintaining consistency with design guidelines and best practices. - Create interactive prototypes and wireframes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to explore design ideas. - Validate design decisions through user testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations. - Conduct ongoing user research, competitor analysis, and usability audits to inform design direction. - Present and communicate design ideas clearly to developers, product managers, and other team members. Requirements & Qualifications : - A strong UI/UX design portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects across platforms. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. - Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles to collaborate effectively with developers. - Understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) fundamentals. - Demonstrated experience working on projects that employed the Design Thinking frameworkfrom research to ideation, prototyping, and testing. - Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset and attention to detail. - Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions, and collaborate in a cross-functional team environment. - Excellent communication skills are a plus, though not mandatory. - A Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required

Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Team Lead to join our dynamic FinTech team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in FinTech applications, payment systems, and regulatory compliance testing. This role requires hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, leading QA efforts, and ensuring the security and reliability of financial applications. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases tailored for FinTech applications. - Perform and oversee functional, regression, API, UI, security, and performance testing. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001. - Automate test scenarios using tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cypress. - Conduct API testing with tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SOAP UI. - Validate payment transactions, banking workflows, and risk management systems. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define quality requirements. - Monitor test results, track defects in Azure DevOps Board, and ensure timely resolution. - Research and integrate AI-driven test automation and analytics for better efficiency. - Enhance test processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 3-4 years of QA experience in a FinTech or banking environment. - Strong knowledge of financial application testing, payment gateways, and digital banking platforms. - Hands-on experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber. - Expertise in SQL and database testing for financial transactions. - Experience with cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Strong understanding of security testing and data privacy regulations. - Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, etc. - Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.). Preferred Qualifications : - ISTQB or relevant certification in software testing.
