Job Title : Mobile Application Developer (iOS & Android) Location : On-site Bangalore or Mumbai (Work from Office Only) Experience : 5+ Years Employment Type : Full-Time | 6-Month Contract (Extendable) Start Date : Immediate About the Role : We are urgently hiring experienced Mobile Application Developers (Android/iOS) for a high-impact project. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore or Mumbai. The selected candidates will be responsible for end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimization of mobile applications. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) : - Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for Android and/or iOS platforms. - Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, fix bugs, and continuously improve application performance. - Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration. - Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile development trends, tools, and best practices. - Monitor application performance and analytics to drive continuous improvement. - Adhere to industry-standard design patterns and architectural principles. Required Skills & Technologies : For Android Developers : - Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin - Android SDK, Jetpack Components, Room DB - Experience with MVVM, MVP architecture - Familiarity with Firebase, Push Notifications, and REST APIs - Play Store Deployment experience For iOS Developers : - Strong proficiency in Swift (Objective-C is a plus) - Xcode, iOS SDK, AutoLayout, CoreData - Familiarity with SwiftUI, Combine, and MVVM architecture - Experience with TestFlight and App Store deployment - Experience with push notifications and integrating APIs General Skills : - Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with Git version control - Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar for task tracking - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Good communication and teamwork skills - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Nice-to-Have Skills : - Cross-platform experience with Flutter or React Native (optional) - Experience with mobile app security best practices - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps - Experience with analytics tools like Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
