Role Overview : We are seeking a smart, agile, and highly skilled Senior Flutter Engineer to join our core technology team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling our mobile and web apps built entirely on Flutter, delivering a seamless experience across platforms. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend teams to ship features that drive growth and customer delight. Responsibilities : - Design, and develop cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter (iOS, Android, Web). - Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontends for a large-scale e-commerce platform. - Design and implement dynamic product catalogs, search and filter modules, cart and checkout flows, loyalty programs, and promotional features. - Optimize application performance for mobile and web, ensuring responsiveness, usability, and scalability. - Integrate seamlessly with RESTful APIs, payment gateways, analytics, and third-party services (Firebase, CleverTap, etc. - Implement responsive, modular, and reusable component architectures. - Maintain high standards of code quality, CI/CD practices, and version control (Git). - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to build pixel-perfect experiences. - Perform code reviews, and contribute to technical best practices. - Move fast, experiment, and iterate based on user feedback and business needs. - Build components and flows to support rapid A/B testing and experimentation across mobile and web platforms. Requirements : - 4-5 years of mobile app development experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Flutter. - Proven experience in shipping and scaling production-grade apps for Android, iOS, and Web. - Strong expertise in Flutter Web, building responsive and SEO-friendly web UIs. - Solid understanding of Dart, OOP principles, and state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc. - Deep experience in building e-commerce modules like product listing, checkout, user profiles, payment, order history. - Familiarity with Flutter integrations like Firebase, local storage, CleverTap, analytics, and REST APIs. - Hands-on exposure to native functionality bridging (camera, location, push notifications, etc. - Experience with testing frameworks, unit and integration testing. - Strong grasp of frontend engineering principles - modular architecture, responsive design systems, and performance optimization. - Hands-on exposure to A/B testing frameworks (Firebase A/B Testing, Google Optimize, VWO) and experience with frontend experiment design and analysis. - Familiarity with Git, Jira, Figma, Postman, and agile development practices. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Nice to Have : - Exposure to modern frontend frameworks like React.js, Next.js, Vue.js. - Experience building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) with Flutter. - Experience with feature flagging systems (e.g, LaunchDarkly, Firebase Remote Config) for controlled rollouts and experiments. - Basic familiarity with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Obj-C) is a plus.
