About the Role : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with a strong background in test automation, frameworks, and tools to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python-based automation, Selenium, Pytest, and a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, web application testing, and MySQL database validation. This role requires excellent collaboration skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and reusable test automation frameworks using Python and Pytest. - Ensure modularity, reusability, and ease of maintenance in test automation architecture. - Automate UI testing for web applications using Selenium and Playwright. - Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing. - Perform backend validation and write queries to ensure data accuracy and integrity in MySQL databases. - Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity, Jenkins, or equivalent tools. - Ensure automated tests are triggered in the build process and provide rapid feedback on code changes. - Identify, log, and track defects using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA). - Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and work closely with the development team for resolution. - Manage automation code and framework using Git, Bitbucket, or equivalent version control systems. - Maintain detailed documentation for test plans, test cases, test results, and traceability matrices. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and clients to define testing requirements. - Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments. Job Title : Salesforce Lead. Job Location : Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 1) Work From Office. Experience : 5+ Years. Shift Time : 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Working Days : Monday to Friday. About the Role : Futurism Technology on behalf of its client are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Lead with expertise in flow automation or CPQ or LWC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforces core platform, experience with declarative development, and a passion for optimizing business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities : Administration : - Manage and maintain Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. - Perform data imports, exports, and updates, ensuring data integrity and quality. - Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business requirements. Development : - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce flows to automate business processes. - Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) as needed. - Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and other programmatic solutions. - Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools. Flow Automation : - Leverage Salesforce Flow Builder to create complex, scalable, and maintainable automation. - Analyze existing automation processes and identify areas for improvement. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing flows, ensuring optimal performance. - Document automation designs, workflows, and best practices for future reference. Collaboration and Support : - Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance adoption and usage of Salesforce features. - Monitor Salesforce updates and releases, implementing new features and ensuring compatibility. - Collaborate with IT and CRM teams to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with organizational goals. Qualifications and Skills Required : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer. - Proficiency in Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative automation tools. - Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, data model, and security. - Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). - Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar. - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) and Platform App Builder Certification. Preferred : - Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I/II Certification. - Knowledge of agile development methodologies. - Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
