Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable backend applications and APIs. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Contribute to architectural discussions and provide technical input. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of core backend development principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. - Strong proficiency in at least one major backend programming language (Java, Python, Node.js, Go). - Experience with relevant backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Express.js). - Understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with database technologies (relational and NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. - Write unit, integration, and potentially end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and application stability. - Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback. - Utilize testing frameworks relevant to your chosen backend language. - Participate in the deployment of backend applications to various environments (on-premise, cloud). - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments. - Contribute to the monitoring and maintenance of backend systems. - Collaborate effectively with frontend developers, product managers, and other engineers. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely. - Participate actively in team meetings and discussions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development. - Be proactive in learning new skills and contributing to technical innovation within the team. Qualifications : Experience : - 3-5 years of professional experience in backend software development. - Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying backend applications. - Experience working in Agile development environments. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in at least one major backend programming language:Java, Python, Node.js, Go. - Experience with relevant backend frameworks: (Spring Boot, Django, Express.js). - Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Experience with at least one relational database (MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus. - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Understanding of testing methodologies and experience with relevant testing frameworks. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached). - Performance tuning and optimization experience.
