Job Description (AI) About Us : Were building the next-generation low-code platform for internal toolsdrag-and-drop UI, data connectors, workflowssupercharged by AI. Our Smart Assist features help engineers and business users bootstrap apps, generate queries, and automate routine tasks using state-of-the-art LLMs and vector search. What Youll Do : - Design & implement generative-AI features (code snippet suggestion, form-builder autopopulate, natural-language, SQL/GraphQL) - Build and maintain RAG pipelines: document ingestion, embedding, vector index (pgvector/Weaviate/Pinecone), retrieval logic, prompt templating - Optimize LLM performance & cost: prompt engineering, caching, token?usage monitoring, dynamic temperature/beam settings - Develop evaluation frameworks: automated tests, human-in-the-loop feedback loops, quality metrics (accuracy, latency, hallucination rates) - Collaborate with Product & Design to define UX flows for AI-driven assistants, ensuring clarity, explainability, and graceful fallbacks - Implement MLOps best practices: CI/CD for model deployments, versioning, monitoring, alerting on drift or errors - Ensure security & compliance: data privacy, prompt redaction, guardrails against malicious inputs Must-Have Qualifications : - 3+ years building production ML/AI systems (NLP focus strongly preferred) - Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama 2, etc.) and embedding models - Experience architecting RAG: vector databases, similarity search, chunking strategies - Strong Python skills; familiarity with FastAPI/Flask or Node.js for AI microservices - Proven track record of deploying models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Solid understanding of prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, and hallucination mitigation Nice-to-Have - Experience in low-code/no-code platforms or developer tools - Background in frontend frameworks (React) to prototype AI-UI integrations - Familiarity with on-device or edge inference (quantization, optimized runtimes) - Prior work on SQL generation, data-wrangling assistants, or code completion engines
