We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience, and who can provide technical guidance as well as hands-on management for all product development within the company. Responsibilities : - Provide technical guidance as well as hands-on management for the development of specific products within the company. - Lead manage and mentor a small team of engineers. - Serve as a key member of the management team that sets the company's strategic direction. - Define standards & best practices to support agile development processes. - Planned, tracked, and estimated product development activities. - Ensure the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development and/or customer requirements as per the product and/or marketing requirements document. - Ensure that the product is fully and correctly defined and documented. - Grow the internal information technology development organization; manage and recruit a multi-disciplinary high-performance technology team - Ensure implementation of formal processes to support the product development process. - Passionate about automated testing: Manage / drive testing - unit tests, system tests, regression. - Act as a primary Interface with the senior management and operations team. Requirements : - B. E/ B. Tech/Masters from any premier institute - Prior experience in a start-up environment. - Good communication & analytical skills. - Able to work independently as well as in a team - Total industry experience of 5+ years building scalable and distributed software products and infrastructure. - At least 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Python, Go, microservices, NosQL, and Internet technologies with a track record of solid technical accomplishments. - At least 5+ years of experience in managing software projects and people (multiple teams of 20+ engineers' size). - Prior experience in fast-paced/agile environments with high-quality execution and a solid track record of building technology teams/processes and infrastructure. - Demonstrated team building and leadership skills. - Demonstrated management in end-to-end delivery of large IT projects - from design, estimation, planning/tracking, and testing to production support - Out of the box thinker' - Must be a key driver contributing to the product roadmap and willing to take innovative product risk while balancing the roadmap for on-time deliverables. - Solid technical fundamentals, ability to convert business requirements into technical design for web-based applications - Good knowledge of SOA Methodology and Governance. - Ability to adapt to new technologies to meet the changing demands of scalability and usage

Delhivery - Technical Lead - Backend Development (5-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities : Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance : - Drive the cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Develop and implement security policies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance the organization's security posture. - Act as a key security advisor to stakeholders, providing risk-based recommendations. - Work with legal, compliance, & product teams to align security with business goals. Cloud & Application Security : - Oversee multi-cloud security best practices, ensuring secure configurations, IAM policies, and compliance. - Drive container security, API security, and cloud workload protection strategies. - Secure web applications, APIs, and microservices against OWASP Top 10 threats. - Drive secure coding initiatives, integrating security into the SDLC (Shift-Left Security). Vulnerability Management & Threat Intelligence : - Lead Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) programs across applications, APIs, cloud, and infrastructure. - Manage threat intelligence, attack surface monitoring, and remediation strategies. - Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate security vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and security gaps. Incident Response & Security Operations : - Establish Incident Response plans, playbooks, SOC capabilities to mitigate cyber threats - Oversee cloud-native and other security monitoring solutions to detect, investigate, and respond to incidents. - Lead post-incident investigations and analysis to enhance security operations. Compliance, Risk & Audit Management : - Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, DPDP , SOC 2, and other regulatory standards. - Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and gap analysis, ensuring audit readiness. - Manage vendor security assessments, and security certifications - Lead responses to client security audits, questionnaires, and compliance assessments. Security Awareness & Architecture Optimization : - Conduct security awareness training, promote a cybersecurity culture, and drive security initiatives across the organization. - Refine security architecture reviews to align with evolving threat landscapes and emerging technologies. - Provide strategic recommendations to optimize security design and reduce risk. Experience & Skills : - 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, application security, threat intelligence, cloud security, and GRC. - Strong expertise in VAPT, API security, OWASP Top 10, cloud security, and risk management. - Experience leading security governance, risk & compliance (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, DPDPA, NIST, CIS). - Experience in securing cloud environments by leveraging best practices and compliance frameworks. - Experience in applying shift-left security practices and integrating secure coding standards into the SDLC. - Experience with SIEM, CNAPP, XDR, WAF, IDS/IPS, CNAPP solutions - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cybersecurity teams, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. - Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH, CCSP, or equivalent are a plus.
