What you need to succeed in this job ? - MS or BS/B. - Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college. - Experience with containers and their orchestrations using Dockers. - Hands-on AWS Technical Architect/Technical Lead-Associate with 3+ Years in developing and assisting Architecting enterprise level large scale multi-tier solutions that require complex Architectural decisions. - Hands-on experience on implementing Cloud Solutions using various AWS Services including EC2, EMR, VPC, S3, Glacier, Lambda, Directory Services, Cloud Formation, Ops works, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, RDS, Data Pipeline, DynamoDB, Redshift etc. - Hands-on experience on Architecting and securing the Infrastructure on AWS using IAM, KMS, Cognito, API Gateway, Cloud Trail, Cloud Watch, Config, Trusted Advisor, Security Groups, NACL etc. - Strong experience in Major AWS services like, Cloud Front, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Athena,. - Good knowledge on Application Migrations and Data migrations from On-premise to AWS Cloud. - Experience on infrastructure with Docker containerization, Kubernetes. - Strong experience in Terraform, Cloud Formation, Python for Infrastructure Automation. - Experience in, Amazon S3 for storage, SNS, Cloud Front for accessing and content delivery(CDN)and VPC for network security access as per requirement. - Experience in Encryption of data in motion and data at rest. - Experience in Amazon GuardDuty, AWS Secrets Manager. - Ability to write technical documentation (platform architecture, strategy, engineering setup). - Familiar with modern technologies/frameworks and software development/delivery methodologies: REST, OAuth, Spring, Kafka, NoSQL, Redis, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch(ELK). - It will be an added advantage Azure cloud experience, Migration of data from Cloud to On-premise or between different cloud providers. Soft Skills : - Strong communication and inter-personal skills. - Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment.

Decimal Technologies - DevOps Architect - AWS Platform (3-5 yrs)

Job Objective : - Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, and Delivery of Enterprise Mobile Solutions. - Ensure timely and quality project deliveries, including Mobile Applications, Web applications, Middleware, and Reports. - Own and manage client relationships. Job Responsibilities : - Drive requirement workshops. - Create scope matrix, boundaries, and assumptions. - Create FSD/BRD validation, workflows, and process maps. - Review test cases and scenarios to ensure requirement fulfillment. - Review UAT criteria and manage internal sign-offs. - Review tech specs and API mappings with FSD. - Establish collaboration between stakeholders for requirement gathering and closure. Job Qualifications : - MBA/Graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum of 4 years of experience. - Strong communication and articulation skills. - Experience in the BFSI space, client onboarding , KYC & card domain knowledge. - Understanding of digital/technical/project management. - Experience in client relationship management. - Familiarity with Iterative and Agile Methodologies. - Effective application of methodologies and enforcement of project standards. - Risk identification and mitigation skills. - Commitment to ensuring delivery quality.

Decimal Technologies - Business Analyst (4-6 yrs)

Job Responsibilities : - Drive and facilitate requirement workshops with diverse stakeholders. - Define project scope, boundaries, and assumptions, creating a clear scope matrix. - Develop and validate Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). - Create detailed workflows, process maps, and data flow diagrams. - Analyze existing systems and identify integration points for mobile solutions. - Define and document API integration requirements and specifications. - Review technical specifications and API mappings in conjunction with the FSD. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful API implementation. - Conduct thorough GAP analysis between current state and desired future state for mobile solutions. - Identify functional and non-functional gaps and propose solutions. - Document GAP analysis findings and recommendations. - Review test cases and scenarios to ensure comprehensive requirement fulfillment. - Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and facilitate internal sign-offs. - Establish and maintain strong collaboration between various stakeholders for effective requirement gathering and closure. - Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project. - Apply Iterative and Agile methodologies effectively throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure adherence to project standards and contribute to their enforcement. - Identify and proactively mitigate project risks. - Demonstrate a strong commitment to ensuring delivery quality. Job Qualifications : - Graduate degree from a reputed institute with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. - Strong communication and articulation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. - Proven experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) space. - Specific experience and domain knowledge in client onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), and card domains is highly preferred. - Understanding of digital technologies, technical concepts, and project management principles. - Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and building strong partnerships. - Familiarity with Iterative and Agile development methodologies. - Proven ability to effectively apply methodologies and enforce project standards. - Strong risk identification and mitigation skills. - Unwavering commitment to ensuring high delivery quality. Preferred Skills : - Experience with specific API integration tools or platforms. - Familiarity with mobile application development lifecycles. - Experience with data mapping and transformation.
