Senior Data Analyst

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Atlassian Cloud Platform applications, such as Jira Cloud, JSM Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Bitbucket Cloud. You will work closely with our software development and IT teams to enhance and optimize Atlassian tools, ensuring they meet our organization's needs. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, customize, and maintain Atlassian Cloud products, including Jira Cloud, JSM Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Bitbucket Cloud, and other tools. - Design and implement custom plugins, scripts, and workflows using Atlassian SDK, REST APIs, Java, Groovy, - JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. - Integrate Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve user experience. - Perform regular system administration tasks, including configuring users, projects, workflows, issue types, fields, and permissions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlassian tools, providing timely support to end-users. - Stay up to date with new features, updates, and best practices for Atlassian tools and provide recommendations for improvements. - Document technical specifications, configurations, and workflows for internal use. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Atlassian Forge or Atlassian Connect for cloud development. - Knowledge of database management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell). - Atlassian certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Project Administrator, Atlassian Certified Jira Software Administrator) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-5 years of Proven experience as an Atlassian Developer or in a similar role. - Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and/or other relevant programming languages. - Experience with Atlassian SDK, REST APIs, and web development frameworks. - Solid understanding of Atlassian product architecture and experience with Jira workflows, custom fields, issue types, screen schemes, and plugins. - Must have Experience with cloud-based (Atlassian Cloud) and server-based (Atlassian Data Center) environments. - Must have experience with Atlassian Marketplace and publishing apps for Jira, JSM and Confluence Cloud - Must have experience with JWME, BigPicture,EazyBi, PowerBI,ScriprtRunner, JSU - Cloud platform. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Atlassian Developer (3-5 yrs)

Job Description : Role & Responsibilities : - Design and develop ETL workflows and Datasets/Datamarts in Alteryx to be used for visualization. - Solid, deep experience with data extract, transform and load (ETL) tools as Alteryx and high-level knowledge on data visualization tools (Pref Tableau/Power BI). - Prepare technical specifications and documentation for Alteryx workflows. - ETL specific for creating datasets (to be used by Tableau Data Extract for BI) - Write Complex SQL queries on multiple tables using complex joins. - Perform end to end Data validation. - Ability to interact with business users and understand their requirements. - Develop impactful presentations and documents. - Communicate complex topics to team through both written and oral communications. - Ensure data is stored effectively and provide the ability to maintain the data analytics platform, so that data can effectively be mined for information later. - Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyse the effects and troubleshoot any issues that arise. - Evaluate and improve existing systems that are in place as well as collaborating with teams within the business to integrate these new systems to streamline workflows. - Develop and update technical documentation for senior leaders and colleagues to serve as a reference guide. - Understand if there is technical or business limitation to implement technology control/configuration. - Understand and document the compensating control for managing or mitigating security risk that might exist due to the technical or business limitation. - Provide recommendations to strengthen current processes, controls pertaining to technology platforms. - Provide regular updates on assign tasks to team members.
