About the Role : We are looking for a Product Manager - Data Products to lead the development and optimization of data pipelines powering Contify's AI-driven intelligence platform. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, AI/LLMs, and product strategy to build scalable solutions that process vast volumes of structured and unstructured textual data. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of data-driven insights in a high-impact product organization. Roles and Responsibilities : - Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of data and AI-powered product features, especially those involving LLMs and Generative AI. - Collaborate with engineering teams to design and enhance data pipelines, APIs, and integrations for high-volume text data ingestion and transformation. - Translate market and customer needs into prompt-engineered solutions for automated data extraction, report generation, and insight development. - Analyze LLM outputs, iterate prompt structures, and work with AI/ML teams to improve product accuracy, performance, and reliability. - Monitor, track, and report product KPIs to ensure data pipeline reliability, system uptime, and business impact. - Coordinate across cross-functional teams including data engineering, data science, analytics, and client success to deliver scalable, AI-first solutions. - Champion experimentation and rapid iteration in the development of new data products and features. - Stay ahead of advancements in AI, NLP, and LLM applications to inform the product roadmap and future innovations. Key Requirements : - 7-10 years of experience in data-intensive product management roles with hands-on exposure to data pipelines, AI, or ML products. - Proven ability to work with unstructured textual data, APIs, and real-time/batch data integration systems. - Experience in prompt engineering and integrating LLMs (e., GPT-based models) into production workflows. - Strong analytical mindset to evaluate AI/ML outputs and apply data-driven decision-making. - Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to translate complex data problems into business solutions. - Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. - A user-first approach combined with a deep understanding of technical feasibility and scalability. - Familiarity with monitoring tools, data observability frameworks, and debugging pipelines. - Passion for continuous learning in AI, ML, and emerging data technologies

Job Description : - Code new features, fix reported bugs, and enhance the product in any way possible - Understand the existing code base and monitor and maintain existing code - Coordinate with the team lead and architect for new requirements - Participate in design discussions and provide input on various feature requests and requirements - Perform peer reviews of colleagues, help maintain high coding standards, learn and share wisdom on best practices - Participate in managing the software release process. Requirements : - Engineering graduate (preferably computer science) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in coding and web development. - Proven experience and in-depth knowledge in Python or any other scripting language is a bonus. - Passionate about programming.
