He should have worked in large deals in India and aboard in Govt, Public Sector and BFS space. He should passionate and self-motivated to derive the architectures including the deployment considering all the possibilities, optimization and compliances / SLA asked in the RFP and stated by the customer. Should be a who can be lead the discussion in front of customer and also work with internal and external stakeholders to optimally design a complaint and winnable solutions.
