The individual will be responsible for managing the team of software engineers and overseeing the development of Amorphic Solutions. Key Responsibilities : Architecture, Design & Delivery (Primary) : - Own end-to-end architecture for large applications: translate business needs into scalable technical designs. - Lead system design for high availability, performance, and security (including multi-service architectures). - Create technical roadmaps, define standards, and ensure consistent engineering practices across teams. - Drive non-functional requirements: reliability, observability, scalability, maintainability, and cost optimization.
