Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic Customer Engineering team. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting : - Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues encountered by customers, often requiring deep dive analysis into code, configurations, and system logs. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and support teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions or workarounds. - Proactively identify potential technical challenges and propose preventive measures. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building : - Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer engineering teams, architects, and IT leadership. - Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers. - Gather customer feedback and requirements, acting as a critical feedback loop to internal product development teams. Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship : - Create high-quality technical documentation, whitepapers, and best practice guides for internal teams and customers. - Mentor junior developers and customer engineers, sharing technical knowledge, fostering best practices, and contributing to their professional growth. - Actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to the team's intellectual capital.
