Ensure integration with payroll for accurate payouts. - Talent Management: Set up talent profiles, succession planning, career development, performance management, and learning integrations. Ensure pay-for-performance alignment with Workforce Compensation. - Integrations & Reporting: Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, and ensure seamless integration with Payroll, Performance, and Compensation. - Testing & Support: Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, troubleshoot system issues, and provide HR team training and documentation.
