Job Description : Role : Senior Data Scientist About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Statistical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, with expertise in Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning. This role requires a balance of technical excellence, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in building scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. The usecase are primarily around delivering best customer experience, enhancing lifetime value of the customers and improving the internal organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : 1. AI Model Development : - Design, develop, and implement AI models across Statistical ML, Deep Learning, NLP and Generative AI. 2. Data Handling and Analysis : - Work with large structured and unstructured datasets, applying advanced data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques. 3. Solution Deployment : - Architect scalable AI solutions integrated into cloud environments (Azure, AWS) or on-premise bare metal systems using open-source stacks. 4. MLOps : - Implement and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. 5. Stakeholder Engagement : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions. - Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders using storytelling and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. 6. Mentorship and Collaboration : - Provide technical guidance to junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of innovation and learning. - Collaborate with academic and research institutions to stay at the forefront of AI advancements. Qualifications and Skills : Technical Expertise : - Masters/MBA Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Data Science with a strong focus on AI/ML. - Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL. - Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Generative AI & LLM : - Demonstrated expertise in LLM fine-tuning and deployment. - Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Llama 2, Claude 2, and other GenAI platforms. Cloud and On-Premise Deployment : - Proficiency in deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms like Azure (Azure OpenAI, AI Studio) or AWS (SageMaker, Lambda). - Experience with on-premise bare metal systems and open-source AI stacks. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
