Designation : Team Lead (Machine Learning).

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Understand software/system components and associated specifications.

- Modify and optimize model architectures using techniques like hyperparameter tuning, validation/test strategy adjustments, and selection of appropriate loss and activation functions.

- Apply knowledge of visual foundation models (YOLO, MAE, GroundingDINO) to enhance model performance.

- Optimize neural architectures for production deployment, focusing on efficiency and resource utilization.

- Apply statistical techniques for data analysis and model evaluation.

- Develop and implement effective validation and testing strategies.

- Utilize data analysis to identify and address model biases and performance bottlenecks.

- Develop and implement heuristics for post-inference processing to reduce false positives and improve model accuracy.

- Design and implement algorithms for object tracking, segmentation, and other computer vision tasks.

- Ensure seamless deployment of machine learning models to production environments.

- Monitor model performance in production and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. -

- Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Skills Required :

- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, including calculus, linear algebra, and Bayesian statistics.

- Working knowledge of CNN-based architectures for imaging or video applications.

- Good understanding of visual foundation models (YOLO, MAE, GroundingDINO).

- Proficiency in TensorFlow/Keras APIs.

- Expertise in OpenCV library.

- Knowledge of image processing and/or audio signal processing (a plus).

- Proficiency in Python, C/C++.

- Experience with GPU programming (CUDA) for TensorFlow/PyTorch frameworks.

- Understanding of various optimization techniques for production deployment.

- Demonstrable track record of delivering machine learning models to production environments.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems.

- Self-starter with a positive attitude.

- Ability to proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
