Role Overview :

We are seeking an SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant with hands-on experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud integrations.

The consultant will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and troubleshooting CPI iFlows, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP and external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor CPI iFlows on a daily basis to ensure smooth and error-free integrations.

- Analyze and resolve iFlow failures and integration issues in S/4HANA Public Cloud landscape.

- Coordinate with functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data or mapping issues.

- Perform basic enhancements or configuration changes to existing iFlows where needed.

- Document recurring issues and propose permanent fixes or improvements.

- Support deployment, regression testing, and cutover activities related to integrations.

- Provide regular health status reports and proactively identify potential risks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.

- Mandatory experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud integrations.

- Good understanding of integration patterns such as OData, SOAP, REST, and IDoc.

- Strong skills in monitoring, error handling, and troubleshooting CPI iFlows.

- Basic knowledge of Groovy scripting preferred.

- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work across functional and technical teams.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to SAP BTP services like API Management or Event Mesh.

- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or MDG integration scenarios.

Interested candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a Public Cloud environment.
