Test Data Management Architect

Responsibilities :

- Test Data Discovery & Design : Lead the discovery, design, and development of comprehensive test data strategies and solutions, utilizing industry-standard techniques and tools.

- Test Data Strategy Implementation : Create and implement robust test data strategies covering aspects like data sizing, data discovery, data transformation, provisioning production-like data, synthetic data generation, and ensuring reusable and secure test data.

- Data De-personalization & Subsetting : Drive hands-on implementation of data de-personalization and develop effective data subset solutions.

- Self-Service & Data Reservation : Enable self-service capabilities and manage data reservation functionalities within the TDM portal.

- TDM Roadmap & Solution Development : Deep dive into the TDM roadmap and strategically develop advanced TDM solutions.

- Requirements to Provisioning : Capture detailed test requirements, facilitate the creation and provisioning of

test data, and maximize test data reuse across projects.

- Best Practices & Compliance : Ensure that all TDM activities and solutions adhere to industry-defined best practices and internal compliance standards.

- Global Team Collaboration : Work effectively within a global team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders across different geographies.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM) and Data De-personalization.

- Expert hands-on knowledge in TDM tools and their components.

- Proven hands-on experience in Data De-personalization, developing data subset solutions, enabling self-

service, and managing data reservation in a TDM portal.

- Demonstrated ability to deep dive into a TDM roadmap and develop comprehensive TDM solutions.

- Very strong SQL knowledge with the ability to write complex queries and understand database structures.

- Understanding of various database systems, including DB2, MSSQL, and experience working with flat files.

- Familiarity with industry-defined Best Practices in Test Data Management.

- Ability to work effectively within a global team environment.

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Well-versed in Agile methodologies and experience with vendor engagement models.
