Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Project Management

- 79 years overall experience in the tech industry

Technical Background :

- Data Science expertise with a strong understanding of AI/ML workflows

- Exposure or working knowledge in Generative AI (Gen AI)

- Proficiency in Python for data science-related projects

- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar IT service ticketing systems

Core Responsibilities :

- Manage and deliver technical projects involving Data Science, Gen AI, and ITSM tools

- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams

- Ensure project timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation are effectively managed

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Gen AI solutions

- Handle project governance, tracking, and reporting

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL
