Responsibilities:

- Lead the tech & product to revolutionize the Indian Higher Education system.

- Steer the vision & mission of the company's products.

- Lead the entire technology of the company

- Setup the foundations of good practices in product management

- Be single-handedly responsible by working with founders to build a product feature roadmap and get it implemented through the engineering team.

- Articulate and execute a clear technological vision and strategy, aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Team Leadership : Lead and nurture a diverse team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

- Platform Development : Oversee the creation and rollout of new features, prioritizing a smooth and engaging user experience.

- Innovation and Trends : Stay informed on cutting-edge technologies and trends, integrating novel solutions to maintain our platform's competitive edge.

- Scalability Focus : Ensure the platform's architecture is robust enough to accommodate rapid growth without compromising on performance.

- Security Commitment : Uphold stringent security practices to safeguard user data and privacy.

- Collaborative Efforts : Engage closely with C-level executives, product managers, and external stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.

- Budget Management : Administer the technology budget effectively, optimizing resource utilization for maximum impact.

Qualifications :

- 5+ Years experience in Technology & startups

- Expertise in technologies such as AI/ML, ReactJs, Node, Cloud services, Flutter, etc.

- Helped build & scale a startup from 0 to 1

- Proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives, ideally in consumer apps or related industries.

- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

- Excellent understanding of user experience, design principles, and best practices.

- Experience in driving product innovation and launching new features or products.

- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Passion for making a positive impact on the Indian education system, specifically for Tier 2 and 3 students.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field MBA or equivalent experience preferred
