Job Title : Senior Digital Software Engineer Dynamics CRM/CE.

Location : Chennai, India.

Mode of Interview : Virtual / Walk-in.

Experience Required : 6 to 8 years.

Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary Offered : Up to 18 LPA (Depending on experience and current CTC).

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Customer Engagement (CE).

- Configure and customize entities, forms, workflows, views, and dashboards.

- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with external systems.

- Implement solutions in Dynamics Field Services and Power Platform applications.

- Work with AI-based Dynamics features like CoPilot and automate processes using PowerApps.

- Perform data migration and ensure data quality and system performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Conduct testing, debugging, and provide post-implementation support.

- Keep up with the latest updates in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE and apply best practices.

Key Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE (Architecture, Customization, Integration).

- Development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL.

- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integration.

- Power Platform : PowerApps, Power Automate.

- Data migration and quality assurance.

Non-Technical Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Agile methodology experience.

- Ability to work independently or in a team.

- Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
