SFDC Architect

Description :

- Manage and mentor technical teams; handle people management, team conflicts, and decision-making in diverse environments.

- Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and propose solutions for business challenges and platform limitations.

- Collaborate with global, distributed teams and work effectively within Agile environments.

- Engage with customers to understand business needs and deliver expert Salesforce

consultation.

- Oversee data governance initiatives and ensure adherence to data standards and quality

measures.

- Design scalable and secure system architectures leveraging cloud computing best practices.

- Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and external systems (on-premise and cloud) using REST, SOAP, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI patterns.

- Manage Salesforce administration tasks including data migration, workflow automation, and

configuration.

- Architect and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, approval processes, validation

rules, reports, dashboards, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.

- Guide the team in adopting best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

- Support CI/CD workflows using SFDX and DevOps tools; work with repositories such as Git,

SVN, or CVS.

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce applications.

- Participate in the end-to-end SDLC for enterprise-level projects and ensure timely, high-

quality delivery.

- Provide oversight on Large Data Volume (LDV) management and usage of Big Objects when

required.

- Work on Salesforce Lightning across multiple projects with strong understanding of modern

UI design principles.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in full-lifecycle enterprise software implementations.

- 2 - 3+ years of experience designing technical architectures for large Salesforce programs.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, APIs, and package development.

- Expertise in Salesforce configuration : custom objects, fields, workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, alerts, etc.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD, SFDX, and tooling such as ANT, VS Code, Eclipse, MavensMate.

- Experience with data migration and supporting/debugging integrations.

- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, XML, HTML, Java, JavaScript, and web service technologies.

- Firm understanding of cloud computing concepts, multi-tenant environments, and enterprise

integrations.
