About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Voice AI Engineer to deliver cutting-edge Voice AI Agents for enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You will configure, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art AI agents, working closely with clients to ensure smooth adoption and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with sales & customers to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present technical solutions.

- Build end-to-end Voice AI agents : requirement mapping , outcomes , prompts , testing , deployment , monitoring.

- Design prompt patterns and act as an internal expert on LLM-based voice AI workflows.

- Develop full-stack integrations (Python/JavaScript) with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools, and other enterprise systems.

- Work onsite with customers when needed to fast-track deployments.

- Bridge communication between customers and internal engineering/product teams.

- Convert learnings into reusable tools, templates, and internal best practices.

- Provide feedback from field deployments to improve product and GTM strategies.

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts and prompt engineering.

- 2- 4 years of experience in software development or AI applications.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred).

- Ability to work full-stack and build integrations.

- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and cross-functionally.

- T-shaped skill set with ability to collaborate with Sales, CS, Operations, Product & Engineering.

- Bonus : Experience in AI agents, RAG, Python integrations, or data/security-driven applications.
