Senior Software Developer - .Net/React.js

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET and React.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Develop and execute automated tests, participate in code reviews, and ensure overall code quality.

- Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of applications across the stack.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and help define technical direction for the team.

- Participate in the full software design life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, and support.

- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#, Web API, ASP.NET).

- Strong experience building web-based applications using : C# / .NET / .NET Core React.js (components, hooks, state management) HTML, CSS, JavaScript VBScript/ASP (optional legacy exposure)

- Strong backend and database skills with MS SQL Server and MySQL.

- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.

- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Experience implementing secure coding practices.
