Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Drive product strategy and execution for offerings in various healthcare products.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitor activity to enhance product features and improve the user experience.
  • Define and track key growth metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement strategies to reduce customer churn and improve user engagement across all product offerings.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements through product solutions.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align product initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Lead the integration and adoption of internal tools for improving customer interaction and ensuring seamless functionality across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of technology in customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with external partners to leverage synergies and integrate their offerings seamlessly into the platform.
  • Manage relationships with partners and ensure value delivery through product integrations.
  • Use analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership for data-backed decision-making.
Requirements :
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, or 8+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in a technical role.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and manage products across their lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
  • Experience with customer-facing tools, internal workflow solutions, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Understanding of APIs, data flows, and technology stacks to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simplified manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a user-first approach.
  • Experience in optimizing workflows and improving operational processes for business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools like Exotel, CRM systems, and customer engagement platforms.
  • Track record of working on growth initiatives and improving customer retention metrics.
  • Ability to innovate and experiment with strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, or tech-based consumer products is a plus.
