Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from BigQuery to support dashboards and perform ad-hoc analyses.
- Communicate insights effectively through compelling storytelling in reports and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven requirements and actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product and user behavior data to uncover trends, detect anomalies, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and growth.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the metrics library, dashboards, SQL queries, and analytical processes to ensure consistency and promote knowledge sharing.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working closely with data engineering and analytics teams to maintain high standards of data governance.
- Utilize tools such as Mixpanel and Metabase to analyze product usage and customer behavior, generating actionable insights that guide product decisions and strategy.
Competencies required for this role :
- At least 3 years of Product Analytics experience
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MySQL), and experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of problem-solving using data- driven approaches.
- Comfort with harnessing AI chatbots like Claude is a plus
- Good QA (testing) skills and attention to detail
- Rock solid at communication with different teams
