Join a dynamic and innovative team as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and take ownership of the architecture, development, and deployment of mission-critical machine learning pipelines within a robust AWS environment. This is an exciting opportunity to build real-time solutions for complex challenges in entity matching, fraud detection, and transaction matching, with the added dimension of Generative AI (GenAI) integration and full Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) automation. You will be instrumental in building secure, scalable, and high-performance systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable machine learning pipelines leveraging a comprehensive suite of AWS services, including but not limited to AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, and S3.

- Implement and integrate Generative AI models to enhance and optimize data workflows, potentially for tasks such as data augmentation, synthetic data generation, or intelligent feature engineering.

- Architect and build real-time ML solutions for critical applications, including entity matching, fraud detection, and transaction matching.

- Design and implement secure and highly scalable systems capable of handling large volumes of data and high-frequency transactions.

- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab, to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of ML models and infrastructure.

- Implement and adhere to best practices for data security and compliance, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

- Collaborate effectively with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration of ML models into existing systems.

- Create comprehensive technical documentation for the designed architectures, developed pipelines, and deployed solutions.

- Take ownership of projects and tasks, demonstrating the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Must-Have Skills :

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering and deploying ML models into production environments.

- Proven and deep hands-on experience with core AWS machine learning and data processing services.

- Excellent proficiency in Python, the primary language for ML development. Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing is a significant plus.

- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying ML solutions.

- Developing solutions to reconcile and match financial or other types of transactions.

- Solid understanding and practical experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines. Prior experience with GitLab CI/CD is highly preferred.

- Experience with other relevant AWS services such as Kinesis and Firehose for real-time data streaming, and SQS for message queuing.

- Familiarity with the specific compliance requirements and challenges within regulated industries such as FinTech or Healthcare.
