Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead UiPath Consultant to drive RPA strategy, solution architecture, and delivery across complex automation initiatives.

This role involves leading end-to-end UiPath implementations, managing client stakeholders, guiding junior developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

The ideal candidate should have deep UiPath expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and architecture of complex automation workflows using UiPath.

- Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements, define automation roadmaps, and ensure smooth project execution.

- Oversee junior developers, provide technical guidance, review code, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Manage RPA project delivery, including planning, prioritization, documentation, and risk mitigation.

- Architect scalable, secure, and reusable automation frameworks and components.

- Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, OCR engines, and cloud platforms.

- Ensure compliance with RPA governance, access controls, credential security, and deployment standards.

- Optimize existing bots for performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business SMEs, QA, DevOps) throughout the automation lifecycle.

- Stay updated on UiPath roadmap, new features, and AI/ML integrations; recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of experience in RPA, with at least 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development.

- Proven experience in leading RPA delivery teams and mentoring junior developers.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Deep expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, attended/unattended bots, queues, triggers, and scheduling.

- Ability to design scalable architectures and reusable frameworks.

- Strong skills in REST APIs, database integration, OCR/Document Understanding, and AI Center.

- Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, or Python.

- Strong understanding of RPA governance, security, credential management, and best practices.

- Experience working in agile delivery environments.

Preferred Skills:

- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or Solution Architect certifications.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to Process Mining, Task Mining, and Automation Hub.

- Familiarity with other automation tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
