About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of modern, scalable applications.

As a senior member, you will lead technical decisions, mentor team members, and drive best development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with clean, scalable, and efficient code.

- Lead architectural decisions, define technical standards, and own end-to-end implementations.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Build robust front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and responsive design principles.

- Develop high-performance RESTful / GraphQL APIs and backend services.

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability across the stack.

- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and improve team development practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and overall engineering excellence.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Software Developer.

- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies :

1. JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

2. Frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or equivalent

- Strong proficiency in back-end technologies :

1. Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, Go, or similar

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or event-driven architectures

- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with version control (Git) and modern DevOps workflows.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of software design principles, system design, and architecture patterns
