We're looking for an Engineering Manager who can :

- Lead and inspire small, high-performance engineering teams

- Drive engineering excellence while balancing 60% management and 40% hands-on coding

- Own and optimize infrastructure, architecture, and system design

- Spearhead product releases, third-party integrations, and CI/CD pipelines

- Thrive in fast-paced, execution-first environments with aggressive growth targets

- Collaborate with product, business, and data teams to deliver impact at scale

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of features, ensuring high-quality and timely releases

- Hire, coach, and mentor engineers, building a culture of ownership and performance

- Design, review, and improve scalable systems and infrastructure

- Ensure smooth integration with third-party systems, SDKs, and APIs

- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to manage uptime, security, and performance

- Maintain a hands-on approachparticipate in code reviews, POCs, and complex problem-solving

- Track key engineering metrics, drive continuous improvement in processes

- Contribute to technology strategy and architectural decisions

Requirements :

- 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in engineering management

- Strong background in Java and Spring Boot (mandatory)

- Proven experience managing agile teams and delivering complex backend systems

- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines

- Deep understanding of system design, microservices, scalability, and high availability

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Startup mindset : comfortable with ambiguity, bias toward action, and high ownership
