Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Provide business and functional support to the Product Owner and Agile teams while shaping the product roadmap, creating user stories, and managing the product backlog.

- Perform solution analysis focused on enhancing customer journeys and product functionality.

- Work within small to medium-sized technology projects of low to medium complexity that may span across multiple business units and geographies.

- Ensure the team operates within an Agile delivery methodology, and ensure that the backlog and solution analysis contribute effectively to technology projects and programmes.

- Understand the risk exposure to the bank and assist Scrum masters, project managers, and senior stakeholders in managing those risks.

- Support delivery across the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.

- Contribute to development efforts and increase learnability within Core Banking.

- Possess at least one technical capability such as cloud, digital, security, microservices, or platform architecture experience.

- Lead Agile teams and encourage the use of DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, and test automation.

- Apply Agile methodologies (e. g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) and utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence; experience with Disciplined Agile and SAFe frameworks is preferred.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis.

- Strong domain expertise in Core Banking, with hands-on experience in areas such as accounts, finance related to core banking, and payment settlements.

- Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and managing teams across multiple geographies.

- Experience in modernization initiatives including microservices architecture, event-driven models, and other contemporary technologies.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
