Senior Automation Engineer - C#/Selenium

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and enhance automation frameworks leveraging Selenium, TestNG, SoapUI, or equivalent tools.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.

- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and API automation tests.

- Integrate automation test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

- Write complex SQL queries for data validation, test preparation, and backend verification.

- Support defect debugging, root cause analysis, and maintain high standards of software quality.

- Work with Databricks for data validation, data transformations, and understanding data pipelines (basic proficiency).

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Expertise in C# automation scripting and testing frameworks.

- Strong experience with Selenium, TestNG, SoapUI, or similar tools.

- Solid understanding of Agile QA processes and methodologies.

- Excellent knowledge of SQL for data verification and test support.

- Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes and integrating automated tests into pipelines.

- Understanding of Databricks, data workflows, or data validation in big-data environments.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience working in a healthcare product or regulated environment is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or cloud-based test environments.

- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

- Exposure to US Healthcare domains such as claims, EHR/EMR, or clinical systems.
