Job Title : Senior AI Research Engineer - Generative AI & LLMs

Location : Hyderabad, India

Work Timings : 11:00 AM IST to 8:00 PM IST

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior AI Research Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and hyperscaler services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical research, AI system design, fine-tuning models, and deploying scalable AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth technical research on LLMs, hyperscaler services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and open-source AI models to drive innovative AI solutions.

- Identify and implement Generative AI applications to automate tasks, streamline processes, and improve decision-making.

- Design, develop, and fine-tune scalable Generative AI systems using deep learning and neural network technologies.

- Manage dependencies, maintain repositories (Git), and collaborate with software developers for seamless AI integration.

- Work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to define AI requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest AI advancements, frameworks, and algorithms to ensure competitive offerings.

- Advocate for ethical AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in AI deployments.

- Take on project lead responsibilities and mentor junior AI engineers.

Skills & Experience Required :

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and LLMs.

- Strong research ability in evaluating LLMs, hyperscaler services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI frameworks.

- Proficiency in Python, Streamlit, and Gradio, with expertise in Prompt Engineering.

- Hands-on experience in ML/DL model design, training, and deployment on cloud platforms.

- Strong background in data integration, cleansing, and transformation for AI applications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and AI-driven solutions.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.

- Familiarity with ethical AI standards and compliance is a plus.
