We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Manager to oversee the Project and Sustain landscapes for non-SAP applications integrated with a core S/4HANA ERP solution. This role is critical for maintaining system stability, integration readiness, and coordination across multiple environments supporting a complex enterprise ecosystem.

The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of environment governance, maintain strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and support technical alignment through structured cadence meetings. Experience with middleware technologies, database connectivity, and SaaS platforms such as Salesforce is important to support the broader integration landscape.

Additionally, the role includes management of financials related to onboarding new non-SAP solutions and setting up additional landscapes for new projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage all non-SAP application environments connected to the S/4HANA landscape across both Project and Sustain tracks.

- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate environment inventory, integration maps, and system dependency matrices.

- Ensure readiness and alignment of environments across development, test, pre-production, and production stages.

- Coordinate environment refreshes, configuration changes, version upgrades, and testing support activities.

- Collaborate with middleware and integration teams to validate and maintain stable connectivity across : SAP middleware (e.g., CPI, Data Services, PI/PO), Informatica , Database integrations , Salesforce connectivity and other SaaS platforms.

- Run a weekly cadence with application teams, infrastructure, and project leads to manage upcoming environment changes related to : New project initiatives, Environment refreshes, S/4HANA upgrade cycles.

- Manage the financial aspects involved in onboarding new non-SAP solutions, including budgeting and cost tracking for additional landscape setups as part of new projects.

- Identify, track, and resolve environment-related risks, conflicts, and outages.

- Enforce environment governance standards including change control, access management, and deployment readiness.

- Support cutover rehearsals, hypercare environments, and regression testing during critical program phases.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 10 years experience in environment or landscape management within complex enterprise IT programs.

- Proven experience supporting S/4HANA transformation programs in hybrid SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

- Working knowledge of middleware and integration technologies including SAP CPI, Data Services, PI/PO, Informatica, and experience with database and Salesforce integrations.

- Experience managing environment-related financials such as budgeting and cost control for landscape provisioning and new application onboarding.

- Strong ability to coordinate and lead structured cadence meetings for environment change management.

- Solid understanding of environment lifecycle, release planning, and multi-system integration.

- Excellent documentation, tracking, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industries.

- Familiarity with ITIL-based environment, incident, and change management processes.

- Working knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, ALM, or SAP Solution Manager.

- Experience managing environments across cloud/on-premise hybrid landscapes.
