Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Testing Automation Lead with strong expertise in SAP automation using TOSCA.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP business processes, hands-on experience with automation frameworks, and the ability to lead automation initiatives across complex SAP landscapes.

This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP automation initiatives, ensuring high-quality test automation delivery.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA Test Suite specifically in SAP environments.

- Build and manage TOSCA Server, DEX, TDS, modules, test cases, test data, execution lists, and help define robust automation strategies and frameworks.

- Conduct testing across SAP GUI, Ariba, Fiori, WebUI, and integration scenarios involving non-SAP systems.

- Analyze SAP business processes such as Order to Revenue (O2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), and FG to create relevant test coverage.

- Validate SAP tables, transactions, and data flows to support effective functional and integration testing.

- Utilize test management platforms like JIRA and SAP ALM for planning, tracking, and reporting testing activities.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Agile and DevOps delivery models.

- Troubleshoot issues, ensure test quality standards, and drive continuous improvements in automation and testing practices.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of total experience in SAP testing and automation.

- Minimum 4 years of experience leading automation projects or teams.

- Strong, hands-on expertise in TOSCA automation for SAP / Ariba / Fiori / FG.

- Solid understanding of SAP modules, business processes, data structures, and end-to-end data flows.

- Experience with integration testing between SAP and non-SAP applications.

- Familiarity with JIRA, SAP ALM, and standard testing methodologies.

- Ability to work effectively in Agile/DevOps environments.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage priorities, coordinate across teams, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

Additional Information :

- Hybrid work arrangement with shift timings from 2 PM to 11 PM.

- Open to candidates based in Chennai, Bangalore, or Pune.
